Members of Endurance Fitness of MN are eligible to receive a complimentary personal training session.  During your session, you can learn about equipment, how to get started in a fitness program or about taking your workouts to the next level!  Before signing on with a personal trainer, members are also welcome to meet with different trainers to learn more about their training philosophy and find the trainer that fits your needs.  To schedule a training session or to learn more about all Endurance Fitness has to offer, email us at training@endurancefitnessofmn.com


Being active has always been a part of my life since a young age. I grew up playing a variety of sports and decided to major in Physical Education in college. It was after having kids that I was looking for a fun way to get back in shape and discovered group fitness. I loved it so much I decided to become a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 2011.  I loved the way I was able to help people become more active and fit, and have a blast doing it.


I also wanted to be able to help people reach their fitness goals on a more individual basis, so I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I know what it’s like to have both success and struggle with a health journey. It is my hope that I can help others through effective training, encouragement, and accountability.



I have enjoyed being active my entire life! After growing up as a figure skater I began my love of group fitness in college at UMD. I participated in fitness classes for 12 years before getting certified as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2007. I love the energy, motivation, and friendships made through classes which keeps people coming back for more. Over the years I have gained a wide variety of certifications for group fitness formats as well as being a Certified Running Coach. In 2016 I decided to expand my fitness career and received my Personal Training certification through NASM. 


I really enjoy training one-on-one as well as small groups. My passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals fuels me to create dynamic, effective training plans. I believe working out should not feel like a chore, rather something that challenges you but you also enjoy while creating positive changes in your life. Finding balance in mental and physical health is always my goal when working with clients!



Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.  I enjoy and embrace helping others succeed on their fitness journey.  I do this by teaching group exercise and training with the Pilates Reformer, Foam Rolling and Yoga.  The Pilates Reformer is a total body workout.  It will help you get out of bed, walk or run without pain, turn your head comfortably, reach overhead, feel confident on a ladder and improve day to day functional movements.
I truly value ALL aspects of fitness, including strength, balance and flexibility.  I am certified in  Powerhouse Pilates – Balanced Body Training, NETA, Pilates Reformer, YMCA Pilates Reformer and Group Exercise.

I have always been active and enjoyed moving my body, but I really fell into resistance training in 2018 and I LOVE IT! Resistance training is good not only for muscle growth, but for burning fat, increasing blood flow and just makes you feel good. I know it can be intimidating at first, with so many machines and free weights, but working with a personal trainer can set you up to reach your goals and take away that stress!  Proper technique is critical for safe lifting and I am happy to come along side you to ensure you are using not only the right exercises, but form to get the most out of your workout.

I am also a huge fan of group fitness!  There is nothing like working hard with a group of peers, cheering each other on.  There is so much beauty in community support!
