Members of Endurance Fitness of MN are eligible to receive a complimentary personal training session.  During your session, you can learn about equipment, how to get started in a fitness program or about taking your workouts to the next level!  Before signing on with a personal trainer, members are also welcome to meet with different trainers to learn more about their training philosophy and find the trainer that fits your needs.  To schedule a training session or to learn more about all Endurance Fitness has to offer, email us at training@endurancefitnessofmn.com

Barb Iacarella-Fudali, General Manager
I began my fitness journey with Group Exercise in 1982. I started training others to teach in 1995. I then became a Fitness Specialist in 1999, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2000, and a Pilates Reformer Specialist shortly after that.

Fitness is my passion. It gives me no greater pleasure than to see others working out, getting fit and staying healthy.

My personal mission is to positively impact as many people to lead a healthier lifestyle as I can, by building lasting relationships, encouraging, training, coaching and teaching programs that maximize the use of my talents and reflect my personal faith in God.

Andy Smith, Personal Trainer
I have a passion for developing uniquely effective strategies to empower people to achieve fitness success. I believe in the importance of sharply focused goals, measured results, researched methods, and individualized strategies. I have been involved in Personal Training since 1997.

My areas of emphasis include:

Men in your 30s, 40s and 50s – you play a vital role in the lives around you. I know your fitness can be and asset to your work, your family, and life. I’ll coach you to succeed for that purpose while taking into account that you’ve got bigger concerns than the gym.

Women – if you want a healthy approach to fitness and self: I will only coach you to be strong and fit, and then honor the positive way your body responds by becoming the healthiest version of you. We’ll focus on fueling your body properly, and training for strength and the confidence that comes with it!

Mobility concerns – issues with shoulders, back, knees, hips? I’ve got a plan for that. Whether pre- or post-surgery, old injury, or just nagging aches, I will adapt a plan to address and improve the limited area, while we still build toward fitness goals.

As an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga teacher, it is my role to motivate, enable, and encourage! By tailoring workouts for each individuals needs, I try to make fitness a fun and rewarding experience. It’s never to late to realize your health and fitness goals!

Wendy Smith
Being active has always been a part of my life since a young age. I grew up playing a variety of sports and decided to major in Physical Education in college. It was after having kids that I was looking for a fun way to get back in shape and discovered group fitness. I loved it so much I decided to become a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 2011.  I loved the way I was able to help people become more active and fit, and have a blast doing it.

I also wanted to be able to help people reach their fitness goals on a more individual basis, so I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I know what it’s like to have both success and struggle with a health journey. It is my hope that I can help others through effective training, encouragement, and accountability.

Angela Pfeifer
Hello!  I am Angela Pfeifer.  I am a wife and mom to 3 boys.  I have been a lifelong athlete and competitor.  I have run 1 marathon, 2 trail marathons, 3 Ragnar races and 24 half marathons,  with lots of 10 mile and 10k races sprinkled in between.  I have competed in nordic skiing and still play competitive tennis today!

I have been weight lifting  for over 15 years and competed in my first ever body building competition in 2016, placing 3rd out of 27.  I have been participating in kettlebells for 12 years and recently completed the RKC Certification last October for the second time. I am very passionate about kettlebell training and love to share my knowledge and passion with my clients.

The Kettlebell Swing the THE THING!  I believe it truly is the best exercise for almost anyone. I also believe there is not another exercise that is easier on the body and makes you work as hard.  The kettlebell swing burns the most calories, works the most muscles and is the easiest on all joints in your body.  Kettlebells allow you to build a great deal of upper and lower body strength and mobility simultaneously.  They help strengthen your entire posterior chain and help your hip flexors stay strong and flexible.  My goal is to constantly challenge myself and my clients.  Let me show you how strong you can be!

When done properly, the kettlebell swing is the most bang for your fitness buck!

Melanie Rankins
Fitness has always been an important part of my life.  I was a gymnast for 20 years and then went on to coaching gymnastics for another 10 years.  My passion for fitness inspired me to become certified as a personal trainer in 2011.  I specialize in simple, but effective workouts that are tailored to each individual.  I strive to make workouts that are efficient so that we make the most out of our time together. I have a one and a two year old at home, so I know how hard it is (but necessary) to squeeze in weekly workouts to our busy lives.  I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your fitness goals!

Paula Schreifels

Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.  I enjoy and embrace helping others succeed on their fitness journey.  I do this by teaching group exercise and training with the Pilates Reformer, Foam Rolling and Yoga.  The Pilates Reformer is a total body workout.  It will help you get out of bed, walk or run without pain, turn your head comfortably, reach overhead, feel confident on a ladder and improve day to day functional movements.  
I truly value ALL aspects of fitness, including strength, balance and flexibility.  I am certified in  Powerhouse Pilates – Balanced Body Training, NETA, Pilates Reformer, YMCA Pilates Reformer and Group Exercise.
