BARB IACARELLA-FUDALI, PERSONAL TRAINER, PILATES REFORMER & INSTRUCTOR


I began my fitness journey with Group Exercise in 1982. I started training others to teach in 1995. I then became a Fitness Specialist in 1999, an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in 2000, and a Pilates Reformer Specialist shortly after that.



Fitness is my passion. It gives me no greater pleasure than to see others working out, getting fit and staying healthy.



My personal mission is to positively impact as many people to lead a healthier lifestyle as I can, by building lasting relationships, encouraging, training, coaching and teaching programs that maximize the use of my talents and reflect my personal faith in God.









BRANDON HALL, PERSONAL TRAINER
Through athletic training, my life has literally been transformed.  Back in high-school, I had a weight lifting course and when I started making progress, I found what can happen when consistency met effort.  After graduating college, I decided to write a book called “One Change Away”, which focuses on 5 key factors of high performance.

I am Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and fitness is my passion.  Fitness has been a main focus in my own life and routine for more than 10 years.  Through working together, I look forward to supporting you in reaching your goals in a healthy and realistic way that will create a positive impact for years to come.

As an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, and Yoga teacher, it is my role to motivate, enable, and encourage! By tailoring workouts for each individuals needs, I try to make fitness a fun and rewarding experience. It’s never to late to realize your health and fitness goals!



WENDY SMITH, PERSONAL TRAINER & INSTRUCTOR

Being active has always been a part of my life since a young age. I grew up playing a variety of sports and decided to major in Physical Education in college. It was after having kids that I was looking for a fun way to get back in shape and discovered group fitness. I loved it so much I decided to become a Certified Group Fitness Instructor in 2011.  I loved the way I was able to help people become more active and fit, and have a blast doing it.


I also wanted to be able to help people reach their fitness goals on a more individual basis, so I decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer. I know what it’s like to have both success and struggle with a health journey. It is my hope that I can help others through effective training, encouragement, and accountability.




LEE MOFFAT, PERSONAL TRAINER

Since I starting my own fitness journey, I have learned a lot about health and exercise.  I started as a young kid looking to lose weight and that slowly turned into a passion for exercise. I started realizing that exercise is something I want to do personally and teach for the rest of my life. That’s when I decided to further my education and work towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Winona State University. I am currently going into my last year of obtaining my degree, and I don’t regret my decision to pursue this major even for a second.

Although I am newer to a career in personal training, I have trained many different clients since I started furthering my education. This last year, I did a small internship, in which I worked with the 55+ age group. Many of these clients have had multiple surgeries, injuries, mobility issues, balance issues, brain injuries, and other health conditions like diabetes. I got the pleasure of helping to alleviate a lot of the aches, pains, and symptoms that come along with these conditions many of which they have been experiencing for years. Along with training,  I have also written many workout programs for friends/family who hope to lose weight, improve/maintain health, get stronger, faster, or be better at a sport they are passionate about. Seeing the joy these individuals have when they start to see results, cements my passion for exercise and training of those who deem my skills necessary to achieve their goals.

My goal is to make sure that each individual that I train reaches their goals, whether that is weight loss, health improvement, strength gain, balance, enhancing athletic abilities, etc. I will work my hardest to make sure that you get what you work for, I will work with you and support you through all of your fitness goals.

ANGELA PFEIFER, KETTLEBELL TRAINER


Hello!  I am Angela Pfeifer.  I am a wife and mom to 3 boys.  I have been a lifelong athlete and competitor.  I have run 1 marathon, 2 trail marathons, 3 Ragnar races and 24 half marathons,  with lots of 10 mile and 10k races sprinkled in between.  I have competed in nordic skiing and still play competitive tennis today!



I have been weight lifting  for over 15 years and competed in my first ever body building competition in 2016, placing 3rd out of 27.  I have been participating in kettlebells for 12 years and recently completed the RKC Certification last October for the second time. I am very passionate about kettlebell training and love to share my knowledge and passion with my clients.



The Kettlebell Swing the THE THING!  I believe it truly is the best exercise for almost anyone. I also believe there is not another exercise that is easier on the body and makes you work as hard.  The kettlebell swing burns the most calories, works the most muscles and is the easiest on all joints in your body.  Kettlebells allow you to build a great deal of upper and lower body strength and mobility simultaneously.  They help strengthen your entire posterior chain and help your hip flexors stay strong and flexible.  My goal is to constantly challenge myself and my clients.  Let me show you how strong you can be!



When done properly, the kettlebell swing is the most bang for your fitness buck!



PAULA SCHREIFELS, PILATES REFORMER TRAINER & INSTRUCTOR


Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.  I enjoy and embrace helping others succeed on their fitness journey.  I do this by teaching group exercise and training with the Pilates Reformer, Foam Rolling and Yoga.  The Pilates Reformer is a total body workout.  It will help you get out of bed, walk or run without pain, turn your head comfortably, reach overhead, feel confident on a ladder and improve day to day functional movements.
I truly value ALL aspects of fitness, including strength, balance and flexibility.  I am certified in  Powerhouse Pilates – Balanced Body Training, NETA, Pilates Reformer, YMCA Pilates Reformer and Group Exercise.

STEPHANIE VON DE LINDE, PERSONAL TRAINER & INSTRUCTOR

 

I have enjoyed being active my entire life! After growing up as a figure skater I began my love of group fitness in college at UMD. I participated in fitness classes for 12 years before getting certified as a Group Fitness Instructor in 2007. I love the energy, motivation, and friendships made through classes which keeps people coming back for more. Over the years I have gained a wide variety of certifications for group fitness formats as well as being a Certified Running Coach. In 2016 I decided to expand my fitness career and received my Personal Training certification through NASM. 

 

I really enjoy training one-on-one as well as small groups. My passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals fuels me to create dynamic, effective training plans. I believe working out should not feel like a chore, rather something that challenges you but you also enjoy while creating positive changes in your life. Finding balance in mental and physical health is always my goal when working with clients!
