Pilates Reformer offers a low-impact, full-body workout with a variety of moves that challenge your balance, range of motion, strength and flexibility, while working your core the entire time. We offer beginner through advanced level training,with progressions built into each class.

The Kettlebell Swing is the single most efficient exercise around, and kettlebell training offers an alternative to barbell Olympic lifts. Almost anyone can master the skills in a short period of time with minimal impact on your joints. Kettlebell training is life-changing.
Beginner options as well as Intermediate/Advanced are available.
HIGH INTENSITY FITNESS TRAINING
Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high-intensity. Many exercises are body-weight oriented such as, burpees, push-ups, jump rope, pull-ups, running and more. Intensity can, and will be, varied to ensure the success, and meet the needs of all participants.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises. Our instructors will inspire you. Modifications are always welcomed in any class.
