Endurance Fitness opened in March of 2017. Endurance Fitness has something for everyone. We offer more than 50+ group fitness classes per week, personal training and  top of the line fitness equipment. The classes offered will appeal to any fitness level and our certified instructors are excited to lead you in their favorite formats. Our schedule has a wide range of classes offered, such as Les Mills BodyPump, BodyStep and BodyFlow, along with Zumba and Yoga. Our weight area is ready for you get in a great workout, with a full range of cardio equipment, free weights and machines.

If you are looking for a more personal experience, we offer one-on-one and small group training sessions with a certified personal trainer. Our trainers are ready to work with you to set your goals and achieve them. Some of the options available are TRX Suspension, Pilates Reformer, Kickboxing and Kettlebells. Our trainers will also teach you how to use the Cybex equipment so that you can feel confident working out at your own pace, on your own time.
